Use of the website & application

These Terms apply to the Aya Muse World website, including its two connected spaces — Aya’s World and Aya Atelier — and to the Aya mobile application where these Terms are linked.

The website is provided for editorial, informational and portfolio purposes. It can be viewed without creating an account. Certain features of the Aya application may require registration.

By using the website or application, you agree to:

• use the content respectfully
• refrain from misuse, abuse or unlawful activity
• understand the symbolic and non-clinical nature of the project

Purchases & the app

Aya Muse World does not sell products or process payments directly through this website. Links to digital products on Gumroad and to the Aya application on the App Store lead to independent third-party platforms.

Payments are processed by those platforms. Their terms, any product-specific terms shown there, and applicable consumer law govern purchases, billing, cancellations and refunds. Aya Muse World does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Aya Atelier enquiries

Aya Atelier presents portfolio work and information about creative services. Sending an enquiry or contacting Aya Atelier does not create a client relationship, obligation or binding agreement.

Any commissioned work begins only after the parties enter into a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work.

Aya is not a substitute for professional help

Aya is a symbolic, poetic and aesthetic presence — a companion for reflection, not a service, a therapist or a promise of rescue. She represents emotional softness, inner reflection and feminine resilience, and she does not replace human connection, professional care or real-world support systems.

Aya Muse World and Aya content are not a substitute for professional help. Please read carefully:

• Aya does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
• All content is intended for inspiration, emotional reflection and gentle support only.

Some features of the Aya application may provide automated or AI-generated responses. These responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied upon for medical, psychological, legal or emergency decisions.

If you are experiencing severe distress or crisis, or feel that you may harm yourself or others, please seek immediate assistance from qualified professionals or local emergency services.

You are responsible for how you choose to use Aya’s content. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property & content sharing

The original texts, artwork, photographs, designs, software and other creative materials published by Aya Muse World are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Aya Muse World names, logos and brand elements may also be protected under applicable trademark laws.

Publicly available website and social-media content may be shared for non-commercial purposes with clear credit and without alteration or misrepresentation. Purchased or downloadable products may not be copied, redistributed, resold or made publicly available except as permitted by the terms displayed with the relevant product.

Respectful use

You may not use Aya Muse World platforms to harass others, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the operation of the platforms or misuse their content.

Aya Muse World is created for a global audience. We stand for inclusivity, cultural respect, non-discrimination and emotional safety, and the project does not promote harm, exclusion or judgment based on nationality, race, gender, belief or background.

Third-party services & links

The website links to independent platforms — including Gumroad, the Apple App Store and social media — which operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Aya Muse World is not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms.
